First, we can start with a photo, a costume, an idea or a description, and then we develop the prototype or initial model of the product.
Next, depending on the requirements, this prototype can be made from different materials, such as clay, plasticine or wax.

That is why our Engineering Department decides how we are going to produce the product and chooses the appropriate type of mould.
Finally, the necessary decoration tools are created to give your figurine or toy a perfect finish.

Next, depending on the material and type of manufacture, our Production Department will proceed to create the product in series.
Consequently, we can create customised plastic parts, toys or figures using rotational moulding.
Once the product has been manufactured, our production team checks each piece by hand to ensure a perfect finish.
At this stage in the manufacture of customised pieces or figures, we remove any excess material and leave the semi-finished product ready for decoration.
Furthermore, products that do not pass quality control are recycled, thereby contributing to the improvement of the environment.
Finally, we finish the product according to the initial specifications. We use different techniques such as airbrushing.
We also use pad printing for products that require it, such as glasses or plastic parts.
